| I had been following guidelines set out by an opthamologist using a variety of items. My schedule of eye treatment was Restaisis 4X day, Systane drops every hour, Refresh Endura every two hours and Genteal Gel every two hours. My eyes were burning most of the time and by 2 PM in the afternoon I was unable to perform my job at a computer, nor could I read or watch TV for more than 20 minutes at a time. My optometrist recommended using Thera Tears vials 4-6 per day. Use one entire vial each time to give my eyes a "spa treatment" he called it. Within 24 hours I had no burning and very little discomfort in my eyes. I am only using Thera Tears and taking Omega 3 ( 1 capsule 1000mg) 3 times per day. Though my eyes still get dry they are no longer hurting/burning at all and by using Thera Tears vials 5 times per day I am able to do my job, read and watch TV when I want to. Thank you for such a great product!! |

| I have tried them all and until I found this product my eyes burned and hurt and were so dry reading was impossible. I depend on this product to make me comfortable and functional. |

| These eye drops are the best. However, the vial, while easy to twist-off the ball-cap, does not allow for the twist-off to reseal the vial. By the next us, the vial liquid will not evenly flow out as drops but finally spurts out wasting the product. Not being able to seal out air seems to harden the residual liquid at the tip and blocking the liquid. The Thera Tears Gel solves this problem nicely allowing the twist-off cap to reseal the tip. Also, the Gel is an in-line vial, which is convenient for aiming. The Lubricant Eye Drops has a long dog-leg vial making aiming difficult and greatly increasing the chance for the tip to touch the eye. |

| The long tip is dangerous. This dispenser is far different in conformation from other single use eye lubricant containers, creating the tendency to approach the eye too closely. While the lubricant may work well, the risk of eye injury is substantial. Please be very careful if you use the long tip dispenser. |

| I really like this product. I suffered from very dry eyes now for over a year and since using this product my eyes are a lot better. I use these drops very 3 hours. I prefered the old shape bottle because you could put the top back on. I don't like the new shape bottle as I don't think it keeps the drops sterile once opened and they too expensive to keep throwing away. |

| As a result of rheumatoid arthritis, not only do I have severe dry eyes, but my fingers have become deformed to the point that many tops that have to be twisted off and containers that require squeezing are impossible for me to use. This is the FIRST eye drops product that is easy for me to twist and also keeps my eyes lubricated without discomfort. Please don't change your container design!!! or the fomulation of this great product! |
